The diesel engine remains the only possible alternative for municipal and building works with high power requirements. In its latest Euro 6 emission version, Bocdor is ready to perform the widest range of activities.
Its powerful hydraulic system, all-wheel drive, high manoeuvrability and numerous other specifications form a unique combination of properties, thus setting new benchmarks in the universal tool carrier segment.
The unique and robust vehicle chassis consists of a high-strength steel frame. It is characterised by high stiffness combined with slimness.
The careful installation of the vehicle components has resulted in a very short wheelbase, which makes manoeuvring easier, reduces the turning radius and provides sufficient space for superstructures.
The front lifting equipment can also cope with demanding deployments. The sturdy yet refined construction guarantees high performance while carrying out demanding tasks. The kinematics of its movement combines the characteristics of a parallelogram, suitable for sensitive control, with leverage allowing high lifts.
Air suspension provides high operator comfort levels. This solution is part of the standard equipment, which can be enhanced with air-suspended driver and passenger seats. This gives the operator a very comfortable seating position, enabling trouble-free performance even during long tasks.
The vehicle is powered by an FPT industrial motor with a long service life and 110 kW output. The flat torque curve peaking at 350 Nm ensures the trouble-free performance of power-intensive functions. Compliance with the latest Euro 6 emission standards is a matter of course.
The vehicle powertrain features a reduction gearbox with a total of ten forward and two reverse gears, starting at a speed of 0.5 km/h.
The vehicle is compact and suitable for demanding municipal maintenance tasks. You can choose from four frame lengths (from 4 to 5 metres). The wheelbase always remains the same to maintain high manoeuvrability.
The integrated six-circuit hydraulic system can handle all the requirements of municipal and construction superstructures. There is specific system optimisation for each application, ensuring maximum performance and economy.
Control of all moving parts is very smooth, using proportional valves. If the application requires, it is possible to flexibly modify the joystick control (hysteresis). Thus, for example, the operator can control the hydraulic mechanisms using very gentle movements in the normal mode yet have very rapid movements available in the event of an emergency.
All control commands are issued through a single centre with a clear display. The main control is a sensitive joystick, and working with this device resembles operating a computer with a mouse. The interface between the operator and the machine is very simple and intuitive.
The operator can easily select the machine the Bocdor is to carry. The hydraulic parameters are automatically adjusted for the selected superstructure. If the superstructure needs operational control, the display field will turn green at that moment and the joystick will switch from the display control mode to the superstructure control mode. This means you can quickly and efficiently control a cutting attachment, blade, broom and other equipment, for example. This solution allows rapid superstructure changes. All parameters are automatically reset and the superstructure can be changed on the fly and according to the requirements at the given moment.
The control joystick with buttons is positioned on a comfortable armrest with three-direction adjustment, making it easy for the operator to find their optimal position. A relaxed driving position is an important part of the overall Bocdor ergonomics concept.
If the working functions are operated from the right-hand seat in the cab, the armrest with the control centre can be transferred to the right-hand seat with a simple movement. This flexibility ensures full control with optimum visibility over work performed on the right side of the vehicle.
Bocdor is suitable for almost all jobs. From summer to winter and from spring to autumn, it can sweep, clean, pour, mow etc. The high transport speed of a conventional vehicle coupled with high on-site performance and versatility ensures high efficiency.
